MACRO PROGRAM FOR ORGANIZING NEW WORLD ORDER.

THESE ARE THE FOUR YEARS MACRO PROGRAM PROJECTED SET OF EVENTS, FOR MY INTRODUCTION OF AND TAKING PROJECT EARTHLING© LIVE, AND ORGANIZING ‘EARTHLINGS COUNCIL’, EC.

The World Intellectual Property Organization, their Legal representation, will participate in the ‘Original Suit’, when they will build the ‘Macro Program Projected Set of Events, for taking Project Earthling© LIVE’, into the World Intellectual Property Organization assembly calendar.

MACRO PROGRAM PROJECTED SET OF EVENTS, FOR ORGANIZING THE REST OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER COUNCILS.

EARTHLINGS COUNCIL, abbreviated as EC will be an organization that would have all 193 World country delegates representation, with usa and uk delegations only in capacity of listening and reporting delegations. EC will print, monitor, and control the circulation of EARTHLINGS currency. Listed here are the steps involved in taking Project Earthling© live.

The procedural steps involved in taking ‘Project Earthling©’ live will be as follows.

Step 1 – The Macro Economic initiative will be introduced at World Intellectual Property Organization assembly, and will be informed to all the World country Governments and their central banks, CB.

Step 2 – Decisive voting of the Macro Economic reform. The introduction would be followed by presentations and talks of 193 World country LEADERS and their nominated speakers. After the 193 country independent presentations, a World Intellectual Property Organization assembly voting will be conducted, with one vote per country on the subject, in a decisive YES or NO. This initiative will be voted in with at least 188 YES votes. The Governing council must be established, which is Earthling Council. Like it is indicated in the ‘projected schedule of events’, EC will be organized, EC Leadership Team, and Designated Signatory Team will be established. By signatures of at least 188 World country LEADERS, the ‘EARTHLINGS Council Macro Guidance Declaration by World Leaders’ would be established. EC will baseline the opening national treasury balances of all 193 World countries.

Step 3 – The currency bills must be designed. (a) Billion, Half Billion, Million and Half Million Earthling bills for CB holdings and exchanges. (b) 10000, 5000, 1000, 500, 100 Earthling bills for citizen work permit travel expenses management only. There shall be no other denomination, for e.g., currency bills of 50, 10, 5, 2 or 1. Earthlings is only an International trade currency and foreign exchange currency and not for domestic local trade or business.

Step 4 – Few MINTS, e.g., three, that will print Earthlings shall be installed in a single location. These mints will be governed by the EC, and will be under 24*7 surveillance, for security only. The Council seat location and Mint facility location will be given by me.

Step 5 – Flushing rouge currency usd from all non-usa countries. EC, will audit and evaluate opportunity of EARTHLINGS replacing legitimate usd holdings of all countries, their respective CB’S. However, the fact is legitimate usd never existed in the World, it was always used as a bribe. The replaced rouge usd currency should be retrieved and shredded. The legitimate replacement amounts and the recorded opening national treasury balances are expected to be zero for most of the World countries.

Step 6 – EC will monitor country EARTHLINGS balances from capitalization, and will control EARTHLINGS printing. Start of regular EC operations, according to the established ‘EARTHLINGS Council Macro Guidance Declaration by World Leaders’.
